Best Programming colleges?

Im in highschool right now, but soon due out of it so I have some questions.
I am wanting to find a college for programming, preferably online, but other is fine too.
Im kinda looking for a cover-it-all college. I want to learn about networking and design, but mainly programming for applications(software).
I have programming experience, but it is very limited. I would like to find a school that teachs python,java,c and c++. My goal is to be able to someday program “the perfect” oporating system, faster than debian, compatable with windows software. And more user friendly.
Any links/sugestions would be great.
