   An aptget it will go on one of the internet to get the install it will go on one of the source code and see if there is an updated version for the source lists and see if there is an aptget.

   it depends weather u r using online installer or RPM pakage if u are using deb or rpm pakage and you hav all the dependencies pakage too u don;t hav to be online else its a trouble
